• Smartnet team realized that this gap created a great demand for well experienced, high quality, reputable, and reliable technical support team in the security side which become a major threat in all LAN/WAN setup and management
• Smartnet management also kept an eye on the entire market of Yemen and the nearby region (Africa) to address any emerging business that can provide an added value to our business mission.
• We are planning to extend our business activities to cover the Djibouti neighborhood countries like Somali Land, Ethiopia and Kenya as part of our long term goals

• Starting the business activity with certified support team for the leading networking products like Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, BlueCoat/Symantec, Sophos, Fortinet, RSA, Solarwinds, UBNT, Mimosa & Proxim Wireless, GrandStream IPPBax
• Having certified technical team also in Microsoft products as part of the
  support activities
• Having a well reputed partnership with main servers’ vendors like HP and
  IBM/Lenovo
• Having a well reputed and qualified service centre for almost all IT solutions’ hardware to do all first line support activities and in-house repair
• Having a well reputed and skilled technical team in providing power and
  solar solutions with needed design and deployment

• Two Microsoft certified engineers
• Three Sophos Certified Engineers
• One Fortinet NSE7 Certified Expert
• One NSE4 Certified Engineer
• Riverbed, and Bluecoat/Symantec/Broadcom Certified Engineer
• Two Cisco and GrandStream Voice certified engineers
• Two Technical Engineers for Power and Solar energy
• Having Certified Sales and Pre-Sales engineers for most of the above products
• IP Surveillance (IP Cameras) Security. Two engineers.

     Long Term Goals

• By building the infrastructure for a proliant specialized and discriminated Service and Support Company that can provide full authorized and certified solutions, quality service and professional support activities thru a solid partnership with the leaders in these industries like Cisco, Juniper, Symanted/Broadcom internet access solutions, Fortinet, and Sophos Security Solutions, Riverbed WAN Optimization and Application Delivery, GrandStream Voice , ESET/NOD32, Sophos, TrendMicro, Symantec & Kaspersky Antivirus (End Point) Solutions as well as Socomec (Italy/France) UPS Power solutions
• By building certified team in network structured cabling infrastructure using the state of art structured cabling systems with all certification testing and results to ensure an effective, high quality, and reliable cabling system at highest performance
• By having strong partnership with solar energy leaders in both Solar Panels manufactures like Yangqi Group (China), GreenSolar-China, All Top Lighting Co., Do-Power India, and Solar inverters products leading vendors ike Sukam (India #1 manufacturer), Must UPS Power, and ZlPower-China.
